• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in is subject to availability. 50% of the Rack Rate will be charged for check-in from 1:00am to 6:00am.
• Late check-out up to 6:00pm is subject to availability and will be charged 50% of the Rack Rate. After 6:00pm, full room rate will be charged
Child Policy
• 4 years old and below sharing the same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation and breakfast.
• 5 to 9 years old sharing the same bed with parents will be charged PHP 650 (PHP 793 net) per child per night.
• 10 years old and above are considered as adults.
• For safety concerns, children are not allowed in the Suite Heaven.
Cancellation Policy
• The guest shall be charged 100 % of the entire stay.
• Once the booking is confirmed, it becomes non-refundable and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, amendments, or no-shows.
